How do I get a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for my research data?

If you need to get a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for your research data at the University of Surrey, you can deposit it in the Open Research repository: 
 

1. Go to the Open Research repository
2. Sign in with your university username and password
3. Select the add content button
4. Select asset type
5. If you already have a DOI, enter it in the Search for your dataset field
