How do I get my deposit refunded?

At Surrey we do not take deposits for accommodation. The £250 you have paid to accept your room offer will be credited to your first instalment, once you have moved in. This amount is an advanced fee-payment, and not a deposit. Therefore, there is no amount to be refunded after your licence ends.
