How long do I have to top up my PAYG wallet for my parking permit payment account?
If you have parked on campus and a payment attempt fails, you will be notified via email on three separate occasions. These emails are sent once per day. Drivers are not notified when funds are low. Therefore you should make sure that you check your balance regularly. If unresolved in 5 days, a penalty charge notice (PCN) will be issued. Each email will clearly inform you of the failed payment and provide instructions for rectification.
