How long should my request to transfer to a different programme take?

If you have submitted a request to transfer to a different programme, we aim to process your request within five working days.
 
Please ensure you have completed the programme transfer form on the SurreyLearn programme page for your current course, submitted to the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, selecting "My Course" as your enquiry topic. This will ensure your enquiry is picked up as soon as possible.
 
Applications to change degree programmes must be made through the MySurrey Hive team. The criteria for being allowed to change degree programme is dependent on when in the academic year your application is made.
