I am concerned about another student's welfare. How can I report this?
You may be aware of problems that another student is experiencing that is causing you to be concerned for their welfare.
If you have an urgent concern about the wellbeing of another student, please contact the Campus Safety team (emergency phone number: +44 (0)1483 683333.
You can report anything that has caused you to be concerned about another person's welfare through our online Report + Support tool. This can be completed anonymously if you prefer.
If your concern is not urgent you can use our Report a Wellbeing Concern service. This is a quick and easy way to let us know about a concern that you have for a University of Surrey student. It can be completed by anyone including other students, family, friends and staff.
You can also visit our Thrivewell team on campus and talk to their advisers who can offer advice on the best way forward.
You can also contact the Wellbeing team through MySurrey Hive. Please submit your enquiry to the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support. Please select “Wellbeing” as your enquiry topic. They can support you in resolving the issue.
