I am expecting a parcel that will require a PIN code to be given to the courier before it can be accepted. What should I do?
If you are expecting a delivery of a high value or sensitive item that requires us to provide the courier with a unique pin code, please send details to us in advance. You should send an email to Central Distribution with details of your full name and the code. We can then accept the item on your behalf.
If you are a Manor Park resident you should also email Central Distribution (rather than Manor Park Post Room). All university post is initially received by Central Distribution.
