I am leaving the University and need to cancel my permit

If you are leaving the university and need to cancel your parking permit, you should take the following steps to cancel your permit:

1. Email the Parking Permit team to request cancellation. Please note: If you need a permit again in the future, you will need to complete a new application.
    
2. Manage your payments through your Evology account:

• For Pay Monthly/Residents: log into Evology Parking, go to "Account" and select "Cancel Subscription".
• For Pay as You Go: submit a request to the Evology team to close your account.

To request a refund for unused credit or a partial refund for your monthly subscription, please submit a request to the Evology team.
