I am not receiving emails about my parking permit

If you’re not receiving emails from the CPP Permit System, it may be due to your email settings. To troubleshoot, please follow the steps below based on your version of Outlook:

For Microsoft Outlook App (Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook on your computer
  2. Click on “Junk Email” in the folder list
  3. Right-click the email you want to move
  4. Select “Junk” > “Not Junk”
  5. Confirm the pop-up if prompted — the email will go to your Inbox

For Outlook (Web Version)

  1. Go to Outlook.com and sign in
  2. In the left sidebar, click on “Junk Email”
  3. Select the email(s) you want to move
  4. At the top, click “Not junk”
  5. Confirm by clicking “Report” or “OK” — the message will move to your Inbox
