I am not sure of my travel dates now, can I still do TravelCert?

In general, it is best to wait until you are sure of your travel dates to complete TravelCert as you cannot amend your TravelCert application once you have submitted it.

However, please leave sufficient time for any issues to be resolved – we would suggest that you should apply for TravelCert at least two weeks before you travel. If you subsequently have to amend your travel dates, then don’t worry, just send an email to the Insurance Office.
