I am trying to re-register. Something is incorrect and it won’t let me change it

You can update your details during re-registration. If you wish to make a change to your forename or surname you can request a legal name change via Student Self-Service. If there is a field you cannot update, such as a change to your date of birth, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support to request an amendment, including evidence such as a copy of your passport or birth certificate.
