I can no longer attend my graduation ceremony, can I receive a refund for my robe hire?

If you no longer need a graduation robe but have already booked and paid for robe hire, a refund can be obtained by submitting a claim, in writing, to the robemakers to be received by them no less than seven working days prior to the ceremony.
