I have applied for TravelCert but been declined. What can I do?
If there is a problem with your application for TravelCert, you will get an automated message and the University's Insurance Office will be alerted.
The message will say 'TravelCert Trip Clarification Required' – this will either be because your trip is to a sanctioned country or because you wrote that you were travelling against medical advice. If you are going to a sanctioned country, then you will need to complete a sanctions form. Please contact the Insurance Office for advice and the form. We cannot insure those who are travelling against medical advice.
