I have changed my course, when will my student record be updated to reflect this?

If we have approved your request to transfer to a different course, your student record will be updated to reflect this. 

The time that it takes for this to happen may depend on the type of transfer that you have requested. 

Transfers that involve staying on the same course, but adding (or removing) a placement year or year abroad should happen relatively quickly. However, if you are fully changing to a different programme, the change may not be reflected in your student record until the beginning of the next academic year, so please be reassured that as long as your request has been approved by us, your record will be updated.
