I have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate with another company/University, what shall I do?

If you are signed up to the DBS Update service with an enhanced adult and child DBS, then you will not need to complete a new application. Please email the Clinical Placements team with your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate number, your name, and your date of birth so that we can check your records on the DBS Update Service. We do need to see proof of your DBS certificate - please email the Clinical Placements team to arrange a time to bring this in. 

If you have not signed up to the DBS Update Service, then you will need to complete a new application.
