I have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate with another company/University, what shall I do?

If you are signed up to the update service, then you will not need to complete a new application. Please email the Clinical Placements team with your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate number, your name, and your date of birth so that we can check your records on the DBS Update Service. If you have not signed up to this, then you will need to complete a new application using the link we provide. We do need to see proof of your DBS certificate - please email the Clinical Placements team to arrange a time to bring this in.
