I have forgotten to renew my Residents Parking Permit what should I do?
Each month, you will receive three reminder emails from the CPP Permit System prompting you to renew and pay for your next month’s permit.
It’s important to make your payment before the date of your initial payment. For example, if you paid for your permit on 13th September, your next payment must be made by 12th October to keep your permit valid.
Your payment is only valid from the day you make it and covers the following 4 weeks. You cannot backdate payments, so if you drive on campus without a valid permit, any Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) issued will need to be paid.
You can also choose to pay in advance. Monthly payments are made in £29 instalments via the usual payment link. If you prefer, you can make up to 9 payments in advance, which would cover up to June 2026.
