I have received a parking fine what should I do?

If you have received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) you will need to either submit an appeal or pay the fine by following the instructions on the parking penalty notice or email. 

If you hold a valid parking permit but still receive a Parking Charge Notice (PCN), please contact the Transport team by emailing them at transportsupport@surrey.ac.uk.
