I have an unrecognised payment invoice

If you have made a pre-payment before receiving your tuition fee invoice, you may see an invoice for the amount you have pre-paid appearing on the e-payment website. The invoice number should be different to the invoice number on any invoice which you have received by email. This invoice should disappear from the e-payment website after a few days once your prepayment has been applied against it.
