I need to be able to park on campus due to a disability or medical condition. What should I do?

If you need a parking permit due to a disability or medical condition, you should complete our Register and Request Support Form, if you have not already done so, and then submit an Additional Request, selecting “Parking” as the adjustment type, and provide supporting evidence that explains why parking on campus is needed.

A Disability Adviser will review your request and evidence. If we are able to support your request, we will inform the relevant team so this can be considered as part of the parking permit process.

Please note that submitting a request to our service is not the parking permit application itself. If we are able to support your request, we will notify the Campus Welcome Team who process the permit application. You will still need to complete the University parking permit application process separately.

Further information on parking permits is available on the Transport pages of our website.
