I’ve lost my student card – what should I do on the day of the exam?

If you have lost your student ID card, you will need to come to the MySurrey Hive help desk as soon as possible and request an exam confirmation ID slip. We can print an exam confirmation ID slip for you that you can present to the exam invigilator at your exam venue.

The exam slip must be printed - we cannot accept digital slips on phones or other devices. The exam invigilator will need to collect the exam ID slip from you during the exam.
