Has my campus card been handed in?

Lost campus cards should be handed in to either of the MySurrey Hive help desks - Manor Park or Stag Hill. If you have lost your campus card and want to check if it has been handed in, you can visit either of the MySurrey Hive help desks and they will check for you. Or you can contact them via Surrey Support.

If you need access to the Library in the meantime, you can make a temporary pass each day on the self-service machine next to the Library Welcome Desk, Level 1. Just sign in with your IT username and password and you can print a paper pass. You are not able to issue books or laptops with this temporary pass.

If you have an exam and do not have your campus card you can print an exam ID confirmation slip.

If your card is not found, you can request a replacement campus card yourself through the Campus Card Portal.
