Has my campus card been handed in?
Lost and found campus cards are collected at the Library Welcome Desk, Level 1. To enquire about whether a campus card has been handed in, please contact the Library via Surrey Support.
If you need to come into the library, you can make a temporary pass each day on the self-service machine next to the Library Welcome Desk, Level 1. Just sign in with your IT username and password and a paper pass will print out (you are not able to issue books or laptops with this temporary pass).
If your card is not found, you can request a replacement campus card free of charge by completing the campus card request form (you will need to upload a photo). You will then be emailed when the campus card is ready for collection from the Library Welcome Desk, Level 1. Any access to buildings or rooms on campus will automatically update overnight on the day the new card is made.
