My AIG Travel Assistance account is no longer working. What should I do?

AIG has introduced a new Travel Assistance platform. If you previously had an AIG account, your login details and account information may not have been transferred to the new system.

To access the service, you must first download the AIG Travel Assistance app and register using your University email address and the University policy number 0010016168.

How do I register?

1. download the AIG Travel Assistance app

2. register for a new account using your University email address

3. when prompted, enter the University policy number 0010016168

4. complete the registration process

Once your account has been registered, you can access AIG Travel Assistance using either:

1. the mobile app, or

2. the AIG Travel Assistance web portal using the same login credentials
