Is my campus card ready for collection?

During the main registration periods (September and February), you will be informed when your campus card photo has been approved as you will receive an email confirmation. It can be collected from University Hall on the Stag Hill campus. You do not need to book a slot to collect your campus card – just drop by during our opening hours of 9.30am to 5pm during Welcome Week.

If you missed the deadline to upload your photo, your campus card will be available to collect the following week after Welcome Week from University Hall.

If you were not asked to provide a photo, there was an issue uploading your photo or you're joining mid-way through the academic year, you must complete the campus card request form. You will then be emailed with details of when and where to collect your campus card after it has been printed.
