Is my campus card ready for collection?

During the main registration periods (September and February), you will be informed when your campus card photo has been approved as you will receive an email confirmation. During Welcome Week, campus cards can be collected from University Hall on the Stag Hill campus but you may need to book a slot. 

For students starting in February 2026, if you are collecting your card during Welcome Week (Monday 2nd - Friday 6th February) you must pre-book a collection slot online - this helps us to manage queues, leaving you with more time to enjoy your first week on campus! 

If you are collecting your card after Welcome Week, you do not have to book a slot and your card will be available for collection from the MySurrey Hive on the Stag Hill campus.

If you missed the deadline to upload your photo, your campus card will be available to collect the following week after Welcome Week from University Hall.

If you were not asked to provide a photo, there was an issue uploading your photo or you're joining mid-way through the academic year, you must complete the campus card request form. You will then be emailed with details of when and where to collect your campus card after it has been printed.
