Is my campus card ready for collection?

If you are a new student arriving during either of the Main Registration periods (September or February), you would have been asked to upload your photo as part of the online registration process (before the campus card print run). This allows us to produce cards in advance. Your new campus card will then be available for collection once you arrive at university.

If you are a new student and missed the deadline to upload your photo, you will be directed to the Campus Card Portal and instructions will be available there. Once you have completed your campus card request via the portal, your campus card will be available to collect approximately 5 working days later from the MySurrey Hive on the Stag Hill campus. We will send you an email when it is ready for collection. Please be ready to show us your campus card confirmation email and a form of photo ID when you arrive to collect it.

If you were not asked to provide a photo, there was an issue uploading your photo or you're joining mid-way through the academic year, you can also request your card through the Campus Card Portal. We will contact you by email when your new campus card is ready for collection. You can then collect it from the MySurrey Hive location that you selected when you made your request.

For further information, please visit our Campus card collection page.

Please note, if you are a new postgraduate research (PGR) student, there are separate arrangements for collecting your campus card so please refer to the email you have been sent about creating an IT account and pre-registering.
