My parcel/delivery is too large for me to carry to my accommodation, how can I collect this?

If your parcel is too large to carry or to fit in the lockers (for Manor Park residents), you will be able to collect it from your campus Post Room. You will be able to borrow a trolley from either Central Distribution (Stag Hill) or Manor Park Post Room to help you to transport the item to your accommodation.  

You will need to bring photographic ID to collect your item. Your student ID card, passport, driving licence or BRP are acceptable forms of photographic ID. An image of an ID on a mobile phone will not be accepted as ID. 

Stag Hill Central Distribution is open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.  

Manor Park Post Room hours vary throughout the year, please refer to your notification email for the current opening hours.
