Is parking free at weekends and in the evening?

Car parking permit restrictions and Pay and Display charges are in operation 7am – 7pm, seven days a week.

Over the weekend in Pay and Display car parks, the first hour is free and then it is £2 for all day parking. Parking is free before 7am and after 7pm each day of the week.
