The submission folder for my assignment is missing on SurreyLearn, what should I do?

If you are trying to submit your assignment on SurreyLearn but cannot find your submission folder on the relevant module page, please first of all check you are looking in the right place to find your assignment folder.

If you have checked that you are looking in the right place and you still cannot find your assignment folder, you can let us know by contacting the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support and selecting “My Course" as your enquiry topic. Please also provide details of which module and which assessment the query relates to. If the submission deadline is imminent, please also include the final version of your assessment.

If the issue is resolved before the deadline has passed, please also submit the assessment to the SurreyLearn assignment folder, but only if you can do so before the deadline has passed. If you are able to do this, this is the version that will be marked.
