What email address do I use when logging in to the parking permit portal?

Before submitting an application for a permit to park at the university, you will first of all need to register for an account on the Evology Permit System.

New students

If you are a new student, you will need to complete online student registration and activate your IT account before applying for a parking permit. Once you have done this, you should then use your new student email address (your numerical email address, e.g. t00001@surrey.ac.uk) to register on the Evology Permit System.

Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught students

Please use your student email address (e.g. t00001@surrey.ac.uk) when registering.

Postgraduate Research (PGR) students

Please use your student email address in the name format (e.g. t.test@surrey.ac.uk) when registering. After registration is complete, you can use your numerical email address (e.g. t00001@surrey.ac.uk) to sign in.
