What email address do I use when logging in to the parking portal?
Once you have registered and set up your account on the university's parking portal, the system requires you to log in using your numerical sign-in address (e.g. to0001@surrey.ac.uk), which is the same email address you use to access your university email account. This process is in place due to Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication requirements as advised by Parking Eye.
From here, you can then select and apply for the appropriate permit:
- Pay As You Go (PAYG) Permit
- Pay As you Go (PAYG) Accessible’ Permit. This will allow you to park in any accessible bay across both sites.
- Stag Hill & Manor Park Residents Permit (for students living in university managed accommodation only)
