What email address do I use when logging in to the parking portal?

Once you have registered and set up your account on the university's parking portal, the system requires you to log in using your numerical sign-in address (e.g. to0001@surrey.ac.uk), which is the same email address you use to access your computer. 

This process is in place due to Single Sign-On (SSO) requirements as advised by Parking Eye. 

From here, you can then apply for a ‘Accessible’ parking permit as part of the Parkingeye permit application. This will allow you to park in any accessible bay across both sites.
