What is a pre-departure inspection?
Pre-departure inspections are to check that all items are in your room, are in an acceptable condition and in the correct place. If there are any issues found in your room, you will be given a copy of the inspection report, an estimated cost of repair and advice on what to do before you depart. If you resolve any issues noted in the inspection report, your charge will be removed.
These inspections usually take place from mid-May to June. You will be notified when these inspections will take place, although we are unable to give a precise date due to the number of rooms that require inspection. You do not need to be present when this inspection takes place.
