What should I do if I have forgotten to hand in my room key?

The check-out procedure is only completed when you return your key which means you will continue to be charged for your room until you have returned your key.

If you have forgotten to hand your key, please inform Accommodation and make the necessary arrangements such as returning it as soon as possible or posting the key (remember to include a note of the details of your name and accommodation) to Stag Hill reception (Senate House).
