What should I do if my BRP card expires on 31 December 2024 but my course finishes after that date?

If you have a BRP card that expires on 31 December 2024 but your course finishes at a later date then you do not need to report this to the Home Office.

Even though your BRP card has an expiry date of 31 December 2024 your immigration permission should last longer than this.

You will need to ensure that you have activated your digital account before 31 December 2024 and this can be done using the eVisa pages on gov.uk.
