When should I expect an invoice for my accommodation fees?

Accommodation fee invoices are issued within 10 days of your arrival into your accommodation. Invoices will be sent to your University email address.

If you do not receive your accommodation fee invoice within 10 days of your arrival into your accommodation, please contact the Accommodation team via Surrey Support and select "Finance enquiry" as your enquiry topic.

You can expect to pay for your fees every three months of your stay. Usually the 'pay by' dates are in October, January and April. For postgraduates there is usually also an instalment in June.
