When will my HEAR be updated?

Formative Higher Education Achievement Reports (HEARs) are created/updated once per year, towards the end of September. A final HEAR is created after a student is awarded.

If you need a progress report following your Semester 1 results, you can request a copy from the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, and select "My Course" as your enquiry topic.
