When will my timetable update to reflect my module change?

Timetable uploads typically occur weekly during the first four weeks of each semester. Students can expect their updated timetable to appear in due course. In the meantime, you can manually add your modules to your timetable by following these steps:

  1. Visit timetable.surrey.ac.uk

  2. Click the toggle timetable list in the top-right corner of the screen

  3. Scroll down and click the "Add" button

  4. A table will appear—select the "Module" tab

  5. Enter your module code in the search bar

  6. Once the module appears, select it and click “OK”

  7. Finally, click "Save" at the bottom of the screen

This will make the module appear on your timetable temporarily until the automatic update occurs. If your timetable still hasn’t updated after a few days, you can raise a case for the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support. Please add “Timetabling” as your enquiry topic.

Once your timetable has been updated, remember to remove this manual attachment.
