Where can I find support during the exam period?

There are a number of ways that we support you during the exam period. Whether you’re looking for somewhere to study, seeking revision and exam advice, or just need some additional support, we have a range of resources as part of our Don’t Worry Surrey: Exam Support Hub. Here you can access the available resources, including study spaces, learning resources, exam and preparation strategies, maths and statistics advice, academic skills sessions and tools to help you manage your workload. You will also find events, budget-friendly food and drink offers here too, to help you through the exam period.
Our ThriveWell team also offer a mental health and emotional wellbeing service which can help with a whole range of low level issues including sleep issues, anxiety, and exam stress. They offer a range of workshops, events and daily drop-in sessions (Monday to Friday during term-time) to help you with specific support to improve your wellbeing. You can also pre-book one-to-one sessions (in-person or online) with our ThriveWell wellbeing advisers. Please also contact them via email if you have any specific questions.
