Which Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check do I need for my health sciences placement?

If you are a student on a health sciences placement you will need an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and you will also be required to sign up to the DBS Update Service.

If you are an international student you will need a police certificate (of good conduct) from any country that you have lived in for a period of 6 months or more, in the last 5 years.
