Why can't I see my marks?

At certain points in the year On-Line Mark Viewing (OLMV) is not available, because of processes being undertaken by the Academic Administration team. Marks may also be unavailable because academics have not finished marking.

You will be told via email when OLMV is going to be unavailable.

Final year students typically receive their end of year results and award outcome ahead of other students and will receive an email containing their results and a link to their HEAR. However they will not be able to view their results on Surrey Self-Service until general mark release has taken place.

If you believe marks should be available for you to view but you cannot see yours, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, and select "My Course" as your enquiry topic.
