Why can't I see my marks?

At certain points in the year On Line Mark Viewing (OLMV) is not available, because of processes being undertaken by the central assessments teams. Marks may also be unavailable because academics have not finished marking.

You will be told via email when OLMV is going to be unavailable.

If you believe marks should be available for you to view but you cannot see yours, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, and select "My Course" as your enquiry topic.
