Why do I need a campus card?
You will need your campus card to:
Serve as an identity card that confirms you are a staff member or student (students should be ready to present their card to any member of staff on request as per the student regulations)
Serve as an identity card for on-campus social events
Serves as an identity card at exam venues
Serve as an identity card for Students' Union events
Access buildings on campus, including Surrey Overnight
Enter the Library and using the self-service machines to borrow items from the Library and renew loans
Use the photocopiers, printers and scanning machines
Collect inter-library loans
Enter the Surrey Sports Park (if you are a member)
You can use your campus card to confirm your student status in shops that offer student discounts
Please note that your campus card is not transferable and must only be used by you. Misuse of your campus card may lead to it being retained by Campus Safety and to the withdrawal of library facilities.
