Why do I need to pay a room deposit?
We do not take deposits but you are required to pay an advanced payment of £250 to secure your room offer. Once you have moved in, this will be credited to your accommodation fees invoice.
If you do not move in, the advanced payment will be used to offset any loss of rent until a replacement tenant is found, including an administration fee.
