What is a departure inspection?

When you check out of your room you are expected to return the room in a similar condition as you found it.

Departure inspections are to check that all items are in your room, are in an acceptable condition and in the correct place. If there are any issues found in your room, you will be contacted with further details, an estimated cost of repair.

To avoid charges, please ensure you leave your room clear of any personal belongings and in a tidy condition.

In some instances we also carry out pre-departure checks before your departure date.
