Why has my vet placement not been approved on my RISR or my Student Experience Log (SEL)?

If you are using the Student Experience Log (SEL), this will automatically approve the placements as long as you have followed the steps correctly. The Vet Placements team will confirm the number of weeks once the supervisor feedback form has been uploaded.  Students will see the verified weeks within the “Confirmed” column.

Please be aware there is no deadline for the Vet Placements team to confirm weeks, however this will be done periodically throughout the academic year. Please refrain from emailing Vet Placements asking for weeks to be confirmed.
