Why have I received an "Unknown User ID" when I logged into my timetable?
This is, in most cases, due to your modules not yet being registered on the main timetabling system; you have to be registered to at least one module on the main system to be able to access the online timetable. You will need to wait until these modules are uploaded to the main timetabling system before you can access your timetable.
However, if you do have any queries regarding the timescale for this or about access to interim timetabling measures (for example, PDF timetable of your programme when available) please contact the MySurrey Hive for assistance via Surrey Support, and select "My Timetable" as your enquiry topic.
