Why is my campus card not working on a multifunctional device (printers/photocopiers/scanners)?

If there is no change on the printer screen when you tap your card, you can still print, photocopy and scan. Instead of tapping your campus card you can just enter your university username and password using the touch panel on the device.

You can also try using a different multifunctional device (MFD). If there is still no change, the card may need replacing. 

Replacement campus cards can be requested by filling in the online campus card request form or you can contact the IT team via Surrey Support for further support.
