Why is my campus card not working on a multifunctional device (printers/photocopiers/scanners)?
If there is no change on the printer screen when you tap your card, you can still print, photocopy and scan. Instead of tapping your campus card you can just enter your university username and password using the touch panel on the device.
You can also try using a different multifunctional device (MFD). If there is still no change, the card may need replacing. You can request a replacement campus card yourself through the Campus Card Portal.
