Why wasn't I asked to provide a photo for my campus card as part of the registration process?
If you are arriving during the main registration period (September or February), you would have been asked to upload your photo as part of the online pre-registration process (before the campus card print run), this allows us to produce cards in advance.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the same service for students who start at other times in the year or if you miss the deadline for the September/February print run, as we switch off the photo upload option in Surrey Self Service.
If you have missed the deadline to upload your photo, were not asked to provide a photo, there was an issue uploading your photo, or you're joining mid-way through the academic year, you must complete the campus card request form. You will then be emailed with details of when and where to collect your campus card after it has been printed.
