Will I be notified if a letter or parcel has been sent to me?

If you live on the Stag Hill campus, you will not receive an email notification if we receive post for you. For letters, you can check the pigeonholes in Central Distribution any time during opening hours and for parcels you should monitor communication from your sender or courier that confirm when an item you have ordered has been delivered. Please leave 24 hours before coming to collect your parcel as we will need to process it and make available for collection. 

If you live on Manor Park, we will notify you by email if we have received a parcel for you with instructions on how to collect it. We will not notify you of any letters received. For letters you can check the pigeonholes in the Manor Park Hive Reception area any time during their opening hours.
