Will I lose access to software and apps when I leave the University?
Your university IT account will enter an expiry period of 90 days once you have reached your official course end date. Please note, this is not your graduation date, but the date that your course officially ends.
During this 90 day period you can still access your emails and other university online resources including OneDrive. Once this period is complete your account will eventually delete and no longer be accessible.
As the software and apps are attached to your University IT account, you will lose access to these when your account expires. You will need to purchase a license or subscription directly from the software provider to continue to use the programs on your devices.
