What happens to my email account when I leave the University?

Your university email account will enter an expiry period of 90 days once you have reached your official course end date. Please note, this is not your award date or your graduation date, but the date that your course officially ends. Your course end date can be found within your programme/course details on your Surrey Self Service account.

During this 90 day period you can still access your emails and other university resources. Once this period is complete your account will eventually delete and no longer be accessible.
