Can I change my name on my campus card?

If you would like to change your forename or surname on the Student Record system, you can request a legal name change via Surrey Self-Service. These requests will require evidence to be processed such as a passport or marriage certificate or change of name by deed poll. Please see our Student Naming Policy for more information. Please send a request to the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support for your name be updated on your student record.

You will be able to see updates on your request within Surrey Support and once your name has been successfully updated you can then request a replacement campus card yourself through the Campus Card Portal.
