How can I get a new or replacement campus card?

To request a new or replacement campus card please complete the campus card form. You will need to provide a recent passport-style photo in jpg format.

We will email you when your card is ready for collection in the Library.

If you have an exam and do not have your university card, you can create your own exam confirmation ID slip to use at your exam venue.
