Can I get help with my Student Finance application?

If you have not yet started your university course at Surrey please contact Student Finance England (SFE) directly to discuss your application and eligibility.

If you are already enrolled as a student at Surrey and have completed student registration (or are on temporary withdrawal) and need help with a Student Finance application, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, and select "Money and Finance" as your enquiry topic. If you want to talk to someone face-to-face, you can book an appointment with our Student Money Advice team.

The Student Money Advice team will be able to investigate and provide further guidance regarding your funding application. We can also contact funding providers on your behalf to discuss your application, if you are an enrolled student and consent to share is set up with the provider.
