Why haven't I received my Student Finance England (SFE) maintenance loan?

There are many possible reasons why you may not have received your maintenance loan. You can contact Student Finance directly to enquire why it has not been paid. If you need further support with this, the Hive and/or the Student Money Advice Team can help. Please note, if you have recently registered (at the start of the term) it may take a few working days for Student Finance to process your registration and make the payment. In these circumstances, it is best to ask the MySurrey Hive team to confirm when the University confirmed your registration with Student Finance. Please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support and select "Money and Finance" as your enquiry topic.
